My bag has an imperfection
This is where our disclaimer comes into play - all tote bags are handmade and may show some small imperfections. I am not a machine (yet... just kidding) and I pride myself on creating exclusive, slow fashion and durable items. Not all bags will come out the same every time.
If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us for a refund. Read our refund policy for more information. If you would like to keep your item, we will not be able to give you a refund.
